Large double garden room with hot tub

The Attree garden room was extended to include the canopy for a hot tub, but this idea also works perfectly for an undercover seating area. This space can also be fitted with doors to create a further larger storage area.

Garden room exterior finish

This garden room has been finished in Thermowood cladding which comes as standard on all of our studio designs. The Thermowood has had two coats of Osmo UV oil so that it retains the colour and doesn’t go grey.

The back and one side of the building has been clad in Fortex cladding to ensure it remains maintenance-free.

Garden room interior

The interior was finished with a plaster skim and paint and fitted with chrome switches and sockets which all come as standard. What makes this room extra special is the split face quartz feature wall bar area and drinks fridge. The studio is finished off with a pool table and a 50” TV screen.

Size, base and optional extras

The overall size, including the extended canopy, is approx. 7.4m x 3.4m and was built up off of galvanised ground screws.

It has optional extra vinyl click flooring and aluminium bifold doors and blinds.
