Large garden room extends living space at this coastal property near Peacehaven, East Sussex.

This large garden room is 4.6m x 4.6m with an internal storage area and looks absolutely stunning. It is a huge living space with a separate storage room. The large garden room is both office and children’s play room and will act as an entertaining area in the summer.

The build included everything from a laminate floor, plastered walls, rubber roof and cladding, double electric sockets and track lighting. The UPVC French door has multi-point locking and guttering runs into a black rainwater butt.

All our building are hermetic and built from a SIPs kit with a fully insulated floor and roof. SIPs structures are regarded as the warmest on the market as our the garden rooms are used all year round.

On the outside the building has thermowood vertical cladding which is fire-resistant and treated to protect the wood from other hazards such as mould or fungus.
