Large garden room in Patcham

Demolished garage converted to garden room, Brighton

We demolished a double garage, dug up the concrete base and installed ground screws for this large garden room in Patcham, Brighton. The area was 3.5 metres x 6 metres, and the project was fully completed in 4 weeks.

The client’s brief was to turn the space into a sunroom with an internal storage room accessible from the inside. An overhang on the right-hand side was used for additional storage space.

The garden room build

We turned what was an old garage into a spacious sunroom complete with uPVC French doors, thermowood vertical cladding on the exterior. Inside it was plaster boarded and plaster finished with full electrics including track LED lights and a heater.

On the outside downpipes and water butts were added, and the cladding greatly improved the property’s appeal.
