Brighton Garden Room with separate storage area becomes office and music studio.

Built as office and sound proofed music studio, this garden room has a separate storage area for those things usually stored in a garden shed.

The garden room is 4.5 metres by 2 metres and has been specially soundproofed as our client enjoys his electric drum kit but wants to keep the noise level reduced due to neighbours.

What does the build include?

The build included everything including the laminate floor, plastered walls, rubber roof and cladding, double electric sockets and track lighting. The UPVC French doors and windows have a UV tint and there are led lights and a Cat 6 cable for faster internet speeds. has multi-point locking and guttering runs into a black rainwater butt.

All of our garden rooms are hermetic and built from a SIPs kit with a fully insulated floor and roof. SIPs structures are regarded as the warmest on the market so they can be used all year round.

On the outside the building has thermowood vertical cladding which is fire-resistant and treated to protect the wood from other hazards such as mould or fungus. As you can see from the images, we erect the base on screws which a perfect solution on uneven ground.
