Our client need a small garden room for a home office. The space was compact, only 3 metres x 2.4 metres, and the project was built in three weeks on an existing concrete base.

The compact build was constructed from a SIIPs kit with fully insulated floor, rubber roof and cladding. The exterior themowood vertical cladding is fire-resistant and treated to protect the wood from any moulds or fungus.

The finished garden room included laminate floors, plastered walls, electrics, led spotlights and Cat 6 for fast internet data.
